Job Description:
To supervise warehouse staff in accordance with company goals and standards as it relates to levels of productivity, accuracy and customer service while offering leadership, coaching and development.
Provide a safe working environment.
Continue to expand knowledge and skill level.
Maintain the security of stock in warehouse.
Work co-operatively with others and maintain team spirit.
Give clear and decisive direction.


Job Requirements:
4-6 years in a warehouse supervisory role.
Previous experience working in a high volume location.
Strong communication and motivational abilities.
Results driven.
Flexible work schedule.
Working knowledge of SAP and RF scanning.
Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
