| Job Description: Lowes is looking for an experienced Senior Research Analyst to fulfill survey programming, sample management, and tabulation needs for outbound research. The position is responsible for programming new questionnaires of varying complexities, modifying existing ones in the CFMC Web CATI platform / application, and executing tabulations for all studies with a focus on supporting client-oriented deliverables in the form of reports, charts, graphs, or other media. Add'l requirement will be to work closely with IT Support groups to create/modify existing tables that are currently in a variety of databases (SQL,Teradata, Access, etc), create/modify automated processes to establish and facilitate the content, format, flow, storage, and reporting of survey data. This role will also train contact center supervisors, quality assurance leads, and interviewers in use of interviewing software, reports, and sampling parameters Position Requirements: Candidate must have 4 years experience in programming CFMC; C Survent, Web Survent, Web CATI, SPSS, Mentor, Quantum, survey and tab specs. Add'l requirement is good working knowledge of SQL, Access, and Microsoft office suite, and must have worked with an outbound predictive dialer. Strong analytic capabilities required. Candidate must have practical knowledge of current and emerging methods used for creating phone and web-based quantitative surveys and interactive tools. Preferred Qualifications: Experience as an interviewer, supervisor, or project manager in a fast paced outbound market research call center. |
