Position will oversee 100+ production employees and report directly the VP of Operations. * MUST have 5+ years experience as a Production Supervisor/Manager in a beef or poultry plant * MUST have experience supervising/managing 100+ people * MUST have strong understanding of HACCP, USDA regs, and GMP- strong preference to HACCP certified candidates. * Strongly prefer Bilingual English/Spanish * Strongly prefer local candidates, will consider small relo for very strong drive-in candidates |
