The individual hired must have at least 3+yrs experience in an operations management role in the meat processing industry. Accountable to deliver key performance indicators (labor, lean point, packaging costs, yield, turnover, outputs) to budgeted standards. The individual hired will report to the plant manager and will be responsible for overseeing a two shift operation with approximately 75-100 employees. A degree is preferred and those that are bilingual in Spanish would be a plus. The individual hired will receive a good starting salary, solid bonuses, excellent benefits including 401k with match and tuition reimbursement and a good relocation package.
