Job Description: TPM REQUIRED Position Requirements- Provide leadership to ensure all maintenance activities are aligned with engineering best practices, regulatory standards and corporate directives. Coaching and Mentoring of Resource Leaders and associates and delivery of two annual performance appraisals Analyze problems and interpret technical information to ensure proper repair.Provide hands on technical support for PLCs / electrical repairs. Prepare requisitions necessary for tools, parts and equipment. Provide training for mechanics as required. Review work orders and transmits proper interpretation for the mechanic performing the work. Sets objectives for themselves and their Team to effectively implement work procedures and techniques to eliminate down time.Enforces company policy pertaining to good manufacturing practices and safety standards. Meet all project completion duties in a timely manner. Manage employee Skill Sets Assessment and Cross Training. Knowledge and ability to apply Total Productive Manufacturing concepts is highly desirable. Candidates must have a High School diploma or equivalent; a Technical degree in a related field or AIB Maintenance Resident Course desired. They must have a minimum of 5 years of maintenance supervisory experience ideally in fresh baked goods or food manufacturing facility or other process manufacturing environment. They must also possess strong communication, leadership, and team building skills and have a solid PLC knowledge base. An Operational background in electrical circuitry, some refrigeration and fuel burning equipment knowledge and experience with the repair for food production equipment is critical. The Candidate must also possess solid computer and interpersonal skills. Knowledge and experience implementing TPM is highly desired. The successful candidate must be willing and able to relocate to fill company needs. |
