Job Description: Regional Manager, Texas We require a hands-on individual with strong sales, operations and management background and a proven track record to manage and expand our operations in Texas, where MAO currently has 2 offices, in Houston and Dallas. Our offices have full service freight forwarding operations, including air and ocean freight, import and export, custom house brokerage, warehousing & distribution with value added services such as tracking & tracing and inventory management. The Regional Manager will be in charge of: - Daily operations and management, with the local branch managers reporting to you. - Setting up and meeting business growth targets through own sales efforts. After initial success: - Expanding and guiding our current sales program. - Increasing the network of offices within the region. Job Requirements: Minimum 10 years management, sales, operations experience in international freight forwarding import / export operations (air / ocean.
