Customer Service Manager - Apparel Distribution ABOUT OUR CLIENT: Our client with over fifteen years in South Florida is experienced in the apparel, distribution and transportation industries, the group has been developed to help service all of their customer's fulfillment and distribution needs. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Manage customer expectation (KPI, service levels) • Talks with (English and Spanish) speaking customers by phone or in person. • Oversee office functions internal / external • Support operations and staff as needed • Understand job duties and serve as a back up for other positions. • Responsible for designing and implementing improved processes. • Recommends changes to products or services to fulfill customer needs. • Approaches others in a tactful manner; Reacts well under pressure; Treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position; Accepts responsibility for own actions; Follows through on commitments. SALARY: dependent with experience and skills. QUALIFICATIONS: Ideal candidate will have distribution industry experience. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience. Bilingual Spanish/English. Strong communication skills and prior administration/customer service background.
