    THE POSITION

    Reporting Into the Operations Manager; you will be responsible for the following:
    • Maintain and develop relationships with customers.
    • Coordinate shipments with ocean, air, and truck carriers, including booking cargo, arranging pickups, and ensuring cargo reaches intended destination.
    • Organizing paperwork and completion of documentation.
    • Other duties as may be assigned to you from time to time by the company.
