Manager Service Delivery
Reporting to the Regional Manager, National Service Center, this position is responsible for providing leadership and resource management to the client team. Key to this role is ensuring efficient production and stability in changing environments for all client teams to the business unit goals and objectives. This includes the day to day administration of the team; managing the overall service delivery to the clients through release and classification; coordinating ‘single-point of contact' for the teams; and ensuring client relationships are maintained through proactive client contact and superior customer service. Manage team costs within budgeted margins; plan staff scheduling around work volumes; interact with all team members regardless of their shift and be available to the team 24/7 should an urgent client issue arise.
