Customer Service & Logistics
This role is part of the Global CS&L CoE Organization and acting as the Dean of the CS&L academy is responsible for oversight of the global CS&L Capability Strategy Roadmap, role based Competency Framework and all associated programs across the six CS&L disciplines to reach organizational excellence and functional mastery.  In addition this role acts as the BPE Global Process Delivery lead and is responsible for the CS&L related Enterprise Process strategies for Plan to Cash ensuring alignment to the overall Business Strategy and Goals, a fit-to-purpose Process Design and appropriate Governance mechanisms/forums to ensure the effective and efficient process functioning and integration of Operational Excellence and Transformation initiatives across the E2E CS&L Enterprise.
 
Capability Responsibilities
Act as CS&L Academy Dean Lead and work with Discipline leaders to
  • Develop the CS&L capability road map and implementation of all global CS&L Capability programs
  • Own the functional Competency Framework, CS&L capability agenda, content and budget. Ensures consistency amongst disciplines  and training programs
  • Lead the functional content development & maintenance to support all MIU/LMS Learning & Development requirements
  • Lead all change and communication related to functional training, learning & development for CS&L and  business stakeholders (in cooperation with HR)
  • Develop and implement instructor led training priorities and content. Seek for cost efficient ways to sustainably implement those programs (e.g. train the trainer program, e learning).

    Transformational & Business Process  Management Responsibilities
  • Support the development of Strong Value Creation Strategies with Key Costumers working with Sales and Customer Service Team.
  • Service Performance Management Process Harmonization for Key Customer including Advantage Survey Learnings.
  • Deliver BIC Cost to Serve initiatives in collaboration with Customer Supply Chain Teams.
  • Senior Global Leader responsible for ensure E2E integration of CS&L work processes in the delivery of the Global functional roadmap for Plan to Cash
  • Drive the design and implementation of the New Operating Model and Ways of working by bringing the organization, process and system aspects together in the new design
  • Provide a PMO role for E2E CS&L  transformation initiatives -  manage teams at Global and Regional levels to deliver the programs during transformational phase and Ensure BPE / DIAL framework is adopted and applied to all CS&L projects and programs (both Transformation and Operational Excellence)
  • Ensure proliferation/ recognition of Process excellence successes at global and regional levels
  • Ensure up-to-date and relevant Process Architecture (Process taxonomy, process flows, KPI's, controls, systems etc.) for the end-to-end process
  • Drive implementation of Process Performance Management system & continuous improvement for the end-to-end Enterprise process
  • Accountable for conducting periodic Process Maturity/Process Health Assesment for the CS&L Enterprise.

Qualifications

a) Knowledge including: education, qualifications and training

  • Bachelor degree/ Masters degree preferred 
  • Prior knowledge and experience in developing, managing and executing customer relationship building initiatives, either in legacy companies of Mondelez International, or external experience. Experience in both developed and developing markets
  • Operational knowledge of SAP SNC (Supply Network Collaboration)
  • Operational knowledge of SAP ECC / APO (preferred) or other Advanced Planning Systems, tools and applications
  • Keen awareness of what constitutes a win-win from a customer relationship perspective. Can speak the language of business, both from a Mondelez International and a Customer's perspective. Knows the key levers of margin, inventory, inventory turns, on-shelf availability, etc. 
  • Working knowledge and experience of end to end business processes covering the supply chain. This knowledge must also include customer processes of procurement, merchandising and supply chain execution.
  • Working knowledge of key customer trends and tools, including customer deployment of inventory optimization techniques, sales planning tools. Specific knowledge of tools such as, SAP, JDA / Manugistics, Navigator, cost to serve tools will be helpful.
  • Knowledge of Terra Technology demand sensing solutions and customer on-shelf management processes and tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of available data, both in Developed and Developing Markets, such as Nielsen, IRI, Distributor Sell-Out
  • Operational line experience in Integrated Supply Chain and Sales.

(c) Experience

  • Min 7years Working experiences in Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Facing Roles
  • Cross-Functional Experience desired

  • Min 7 years General/Basic Background in Functional Area
  • Min 7 years in experience in Supply Chain, Sales
