POSITION TITLE
Technical Analyst
REPORTING TO
Branch Manager
LOCATION
Doral, FL (MIA)
SUMMARY
The Technical Analyst will need to have a solid understanding of IT functions and will learn the full mechanics of the Helen Line laser etching machine to serve as the subject matter expect and point of contact for all related inquiries.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Daily line set up check
    • Check and ensure every station is in good condition.
    • Ensure the correct version of all programs are used before daily manufacturing
    • Check and confirm that SOPs are followed on the line
  • Failure Analysis
    • If there is more than 3 time failing or quality issues at the same station in 1 day manufacturing complete the following:
  1. ) Perform failure analysis
  • Determine the root cause
  • Find solution
  • Fix the problem
  • If more Technical support is needed:
  • Describe the issue
  • Send issue description to the Supplier
  • Machine repair
    • While there is machine malfunction issue:
  • Analyse the problem
  • Fix the malfunction
  • Spare part maintenance.
    • Maintain spare part list
    • Contact Supplier to exchange bad to good inventory once a month
  • Perform monthly preventive maintenance for the DC line.
  • Manufacturing data analysis and make continuous improvement on quality and efficiency opportunities


QUALIFICATIONS
General knowledge of automated processing machines
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree Preferred or equivalent experience

3 years of solid Technical work experience
LANGUAGE SKILLS
The position requires good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a diverse multicultural environment. English is the principal language for Agility, however, the ability to communicate effectively with speakers of other languages is necessary to be effective in the company culture and geography of the assigned account(s).
COMPUTER SKILLS
Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position may require up to 10% travel to meet with customers and sales team members located in different regions or countries, therefore the ability to travel by air plane, carry luggage, and drive a vehicle are also key physical requirements. The ability to effectively use technology (PDA, laptop, phone, etc.) to communicate and enhance productivity is required.
WORK HOURS AND ENVIRONMENT
Normal working hours for this position are Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, however, overtime will often be required.
