Job Description:
As a Account Representative/Merchandiser, you are responsible for selling and merchandising beverage product to large format grocery customers.- You will perform as the main point of contact for the customer; providing reliable, flexible, high-quality order writing and merchandising support to accounts within an assigned territory.- The ideal candidate will have experience with direct face to face sales as well as experience merchandising in a grocery store environment.- The job duties set forth are not all inclusive, but do represent the primary duties performed by the employee in this position.

- Identify and execute incremental sales opportunities beverage to customers in a CAT 1 environment effectively using the retail tools and merchandising materials to increase retail conditions and points of presence (POP)..
- Provide merchandising, display and reset expertise.
- Work with handheld computer and District Managers to coordinate delivery and merchandising schedule.
- Build effective relationships with store management personnel in the course of executing daily tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback on competitor activities.
- Perform other similar or related duties as requested or assigned.
- Advises District Manager of daily delivery issues.
Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications:

- High school graduate or equivalent
- Must possess and maintain a valid Colorado driver's license, with a good driving record to meet company standards and guidelines.
- Must possess and maintain personal vehicle with valid car insurance.
- 1 year of consumer product experience.
- Ability to negotiate and overcome objections from customers.
- Experience dealing with the public.-
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills in order to communicate with all customers.
- Must have excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, take the initiative and use individual judgment.
- Must be detailed oriented, accurate and thorough.
- Must be able to lift and/or move 30 pounds or more
- Must be fluent in English, both written and speaking skills.
- Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of beverage sales/industry
- Knowledge of Colorado geography
- Working knowledge of Apacheta Hand-Helds preferred, but will provide training.
