Summary of Responsibility:
The Customer Service Representative provides customer support through calls or e-mails;handles inquiries, reports complaints and provides general information to both internal and external Timken customers. The position is responsible for performing analysis of customer orders and has direct responsiblity for maintaining a professional manner in handling the customer's requirements.
