General Description of Job Duties
Successful bidder must be able to handle the repair of processing and high speed packaging equipment. Experience with mechanical maintenance including lubrication, pump rebuilds, drive systems, welding, etc. Experience with manufacturing equipment a plus. Ability to fabricate and machine basic parts. Must be able to read prints and identify parts. Ability to measure dimensions using various measuring tools. Must be able to submit, update and close out work orders into SAP as needed. Other tasks as assigned by management.
Successful bidders must have 1 year technical training and/or 2 years' experience as a mechanic. 3-5 years manufacturing experience coupled with the ability to read and comprehend mechanical drawings are necessary. LOTO trained. Safety and Quality consciousness along with the ability to work shifts and overtime are also required.
