As the Customer Billing Requirements and Resolution Analyst, you will review and analyze customer billing requirements and accurately set up customers to ensure their accounts flow through XPO systems correctly. You'll proactively acquire and document customer billing information and communicate closely with Sales and Accounts Receivable representatives to resolve billing errors for existing customers.
