What you'll do on a typical day:

  • Utilize SFDC, Excel, MicroStrategy and other tools to perform complex analyses of sales performance data, processes and/or procedures
  • Evaluate data, organize output and present recommendations to leadership based on analysis
  • Manage performance management report (PMR) and ensure accurate and timely distribution to the field
  • Support field requests for district and regional sales performance metrics
  • Prioritize and complete ad hoc data analysis requests

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or any equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience and working knowledge of Salesforce
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated experience evaluating business processes and successfully implementing change
  • Proven ability to prioritize and delegate responsibilities to meet commitments

It'd be great if you also have:

  • Experience with or working knowledge of quantitative analysis and business intelligence/MicroStrategy
  • Experience with or working knowledge of sales compensation plans or sales performance plans
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate well with all levels of management
  • Excellent planning, operational and analytical skills; proven ability to apply these skills to complex situations with competing priorities
