As the Senior Database Administrator, you will support the Corporate Real Estate organization by analyzing and monitoring financial reports and other analytics. You'll work with team members across the globe while managing the real estate database and ensuring that information is accurately maintained and easily accessible. What you'll do on a typical day:

  • Oversee the maintenance of the real estate management system (Qube)
  • Ensure all information is correctly entered, updated and maintained, including lease agreements, real estate transaction updates, etc.
  • Manage all real estate projects in the database system, including openings, expansions, contractions, closing, cross-utilization, etc.
  • Act as the Qube subject matter expert (SME); assign user roles, update tables and data fields, oversee system updates, and provide training to new users
  • Communicate all lease expirations and extensions to the appropriate organizations and leaders
  • Track TI, capital improvement costs and other related project assignments on a weekly basis
  • Produce standard and ad hoc real estate reports for senior management as needed
  • Own the transaction management tracking and reporting function

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years of combined logistics and real estate experience
  • 5 years of project management and real estate database management experience
  • Contract management experience

It'd be great if you also have:

  • 10 years of combined logistics or transportation, real estate and contract management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present clean, organized and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience
