ACCOUNT PAYABLES CLERK-
Freight forwarder
JOB SUMMARY:
Entry Level AP position
Starting pay:.. $ Depend on experience
Hours:.. 8:00am- 5:00pm Monday – Friday
Location: .. Rancho Dominguez, CA
Job Type:.. Exempt, benefits upon completion of probationary period
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Match checks with invoices
- Get the necessary check signatures and copy of checks for file.
- Filing, Send e-mails to resolve issues of approval
- Reply to vendor e-mails
- Prepare checks for mailing (sealing and mail stamp or FEDEX)
- Respond to vendors phone calls
- Process payables.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Account Payables (AP) experience
- Detailed oriented. Accurate on data entry.
- PC proficiency: MS word, Excel, and Outlook email
- Able to work and enjoy a fast paced, multi-tasking, customer service minded environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication as well as organizational skills.
