Overview The Senior Manager of Account Management & Onboarding is responsible for driving the service value promise to Managed Transportation/LLP customers or other core Integrated Solutions Group customers. This individual will also monitor and directly contribute to the health of customer P&Ls, while also seeking to identify areas of opportunity to drive growth.
This position manages a staff of Account Managers and will in work close collaboration with internal stakeholders which include: direct operations, pricing and carrier management team, Supply Chain Solutions, and our ultimate external customers.
This individual will work in a dynamic matrix organization leading change initiatives to drive continuous improvement internally and/or for the customer.
