Job Scope

Remove non-selling activities from a Customer Business Team to maximize sales to a customer with less than $100MM in revenue per year. Improve trade payment compliance and overall financial controls of promotional funds with a trade spend of less than $10MM per year. Manage and resolve customer deductions and short-payments for low complexity customers in support of Mondelēz International receivables targets.

    Functional Technical Competencies Gained in Role:
    Microsoft Office Programs, Basic Excel skills for functional usage, data manipulation, and reporting, SAP systems

    Ability to work well in a team environment, Multi-tasking


    Field Sales, HQ, Brokers, OTB, BTC, Master Data, Customers (i.e., C-store, Natural Specialty, Cadbury Brokered Business), SSO Team Leads, SSO Sr. BPM
