Experienced Customer Service Rep/Key Account Manager

- Manage key accounts by working with Operations team
- Onboard new accounts by participating in sales calls/meetings, creating SOP and implementing procedures with Origin and Operations teams
- Provide support to Sales on administrative matters
- Work with Product heads on procurement and RFP's
- Provide support to Operations team as needed
- Prepare QBR/ABR for Key Accounts
- Freight forwarding operations experience
- Strong Excel, Power Point skills
- Professional demeanor, including excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong knowledge & understanding of EDI required
- GT Nexus experience preferred
- Cargowise One experience preferred
