Job Scope:

Senior Associate Brand Manager, Equity will support communications planning, development and activation for the GOOD THiNS, WHEAT THiNS, and Savory Jewel Brands. This will include supporting the development of the strategy, managing content and working across agencies to ensure consistency of brand voice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the comprehensive, multi-year strategic growth plan for brand including: Net Revenue, Margin, Net Contribution, in conjunction with the Lead.
  • In conjunction with the Lead, lead the building of the annual plan with input into AC (e.g. building block, R&O) and primary Brand SGP author for US
  • Support the development of the US budget and support Category team on in-year adjustments
  • Lead and support execution of smaller scale creative
  • Support Quality execution in partnership with Lead (post Project Development Request - PDR)
  • Responsible for innovation strategy sufficiency for growth of brand.
  • Partner with the Lead to develop integrated brand support plans
  • Manage tactical marketing programs, including PPD's, sampling, experimental marketing, etc.
  • Act as point person for innovation and marketing partners (food service, channels, and e-commerce) to support various initiatives.
  • Assess communication opportunities for brands based on strategic fit, always ensuring linkage of program activation plan and tactics back to the business objectives, brand objective and strategy
  • Support pack design project initiatives
  • Develop and manage brand media plans to maximize Media ROI, working with Equity leads and Agency; followed by ongoing troubleshooting, maintenance and updates, working with creative, social and digital agencies
  • Collaborate with US Category Teams (Brand leads, Sales Planning and Shopper Marketing and Merchandising Solutions) to ensure brand programs address customer and shopper opportunities
  • Partner with Lead on development of the Marketing plan.

  • Bachelor's Degree is required; Master's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years' work experience; brand marketing experience preferred
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
