Job Description:

We are seeking a talent and motivated professional who possess a wealth of knowledge in Import and Export, Freight Forwarding, and International logistics. Good network with Steamship will be an added advantage along with Warehousing & distribution.

Include: Job Function, Responsibilities, Duties
  • Negotiating with carriers
  • Taking Booking from the carriers
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Monitor container, break bulk / Project shipments from origin to final destination to ensure on-time delivery to avoid delays.
  • Responsibilities include tracking & handling all aspects of shipments from origin to destination.
  • Includes receiving pre-alert, making file, tracking shipment, issuing arrival notice, liaising with carriers and warehouse
  • Responsible from start to completion on import & export process (bookings, dock receipts, AES lodgments, shipping instructions, house bills of lading to comply with letter of credit requirements).
  • Quote transportation and ocean freight rates to overseas offices.
  • Able to Consult and advise partners on best methods.
  • Communicate with export related authorities, and customers and suppliers, in all relevant territories and countries, as necessary to ensure efficient, positive and lawful relations, support and activities.

  • Experience in NVOCC Ocean Freight
  • Demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles
  • Export Administration Regulations.
  • US Customs AES.
  • All Major carriers & NVOCCS.
