Compliance Coordinator - Reading, PA - Penske

Position Summary:
The Compliance Coordinator is primarily responsible for executing compliance specific process improvement initiatives that relate to vehicle sales compliance. This role will regularly collaborate with teams within the department including the Remarketing Project Management Team, Remarketing Vehicle Sales & Support teams.

Responsibilities include validating sales procedure execution, enhancing or developing new procedures and executing compliance procedures as they relate to vehicle sales. The purpose for this is to support the Remarketing vehicle sales efforts by providing and executing efficient procedures to comply with vehicle sales compliance while reducing risk for the organization. Additional responsibilities include metrics analytics to identify opportunities for improvement, training, coaching and mentoring.

Major Responsibilities:
• Ensure that all sales compliance procedures adhere to existing state and federal regulated procedures.
• Provide dealer required services including title transfers, vehicle registrations, temporary operating credentials, lien recording and Notary services.
• Measure and identify opportunities for procedural improvement, provide recommendations and execute ideas.
• Other projects as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Prior experience in process improvement required.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills required.
• Attention to detail, organization, and ability to prioritize & manage time required.
• Critical thinking skills required.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
