You'll put our customers at the heart of our business. By building strong relationships with every customer, big or small, you'll help Mondelēz International become the supplier of choice and ensure we deliver world-class execution of our business plans in every store.

The Channels Market Manager is primarily responsible for growing the Channels business within a specific geography to ensure all retail priorities are clearly communicated and executed at store level. Channels Market Managers will be held accountable for building & leveraging strong partnerships with our third-party broker, wholesale distributors and customers to increase our overall presence in store to achieve our fair share of shelf & display.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a direct overlay to the 3rd party brokers assigned to your specific geography:

- Coach, train and develop broker sales team to execute against key priorities
- Estimated 4 days/wk in the field; predominantly convenience
- Audit in-store performance on a regular basis
- Monitor compliance to CMA agreements and Perfect Store guidelines
- Review broker performance monthly with 3rd party broker management.
- Penetrate small, uncovered chains.

  • Work closely with Customer Category Managers (CCMs), Planning Managers and other CBT members to ensure the right programming is in place to drive KPIs
  • Call on local customers/distributors to sell programming, share shopper insights, market trends, etc.


  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; 5-7 years sales experience
