The Inventory Clerk is responsible for the daily/weekly maintenance of Inventory Records, Product Adjustments, Cycle Counting Reports, and the manipulation of accurate data. Track all returned Product as directed by the customer for close out of returns from various customers and entities. Work inside a Warehouse Management System to research inventory problems.
There are three positions available. The first position will be Monday-Thursday (4 ten hour shifts) from 6am-4pm. The second position will be Monday-Thursday (4 ten hour shifts) from 4pm-2am. The third position will be Friday-Sunday (3 twelve hour shifts) from 6am-6pm.
Job responsibilities may include:
-Various office and administrative duties, which may include data tracking, cycle counts, audit counts, generating reports, and counting inventory.
-Audit of counts conducted by others.
-Ensure the integrity of product both inbound and outbound.
-Involve Safety team as required by location
-Prioritize workload and have flexibility to adjust based on position requirements
-Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential
-Other projects and tasks assigned by supervisor
-2 years of general office experience required
-1 year of customer service experience required
-High School diploma or equivalent required
-Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required
-AS400 experience preferred
-Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
-Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening.
