We are currently seeking a Full-Time Domestic Truck Broker Dispatcher to join our team in West Chicago, IL.
Duties Include:
- Quoting clients and internal staff for new loads
- Arranging domestic transportation of goods based on clients' needs
- Dispatching & Scheduling LTL, FTL and Expedited Shipments
- Creating Bills of Lading and ensuring accuracy of shipment details
- Tracking of Loads
- Effectively communicating status of loads with the clients and truckers
- Maintaining existing business by providing excellent customer service
- Follow-up for POD's
- Updating software with shipment status and details
- Communicating all shipment details to all parties involved
- Ensuring accuracy of data, documentation and communication
- Questioning data that is inconsistent
- Scanning and Closing files internally
Skills Required:
- Minimum 4 Years Domestic Transport experience preferred
