Import Operations for Air & Ocean.
- The candidate will possess the following skills and required work experience, in order to meet the demands of the position: Excellent Customer Service skills first and foremost. Friendly, engaging personalities. Receive, review and process air and ocean import documentation from overseas agents/customers. Update air/ocean import shipment status, issue arrival notice and obtain entry documents for customs entries. Communicate with customs brokers to confirm customs release status. Arrange Air/Ocean Import freight release with carriers/co-load agents, confirm cargo availability. Excellent customer service skills. Respond to issues quickly. Able to work under pressure.
