Call Center Agent -WORK FROM HOME - Bronx, NY - Staff Management SMX

- REMOTE (WORK FROM HOME) Our client has immediate openings for TEMPORARY Customer Service Agents (approx. 8-12 weeks). The starting pay is $17/hr for bi-lingual (English/Spanish). If you are actively employed at the end of the project, you will receive a $2/hr bonus for all hours worked on the project!! Shifts: 8am-5pm EST.

Industry: Customer Service/Call Center.

Duties: * The Call Center Representative is responsible for assisting with consumer registration and data entry. * Speaking with callers to gather data and input that information into the clients system. * All hardware will be provided to you for this assignment. * Ability to setup you home office.

Employment Types: Temporary or Contract.

Work Location: REMOTE -Navient, 605 E 132nd St, Bronx, NY 10454.

Job Types: Call Center, Customer Service Rep, Electronics Assembler, Material Handler, Supervisory, Human Resources, IT.

Shifts: 1st Shift.

Attributes: Background Check, Must be at least 18 years old, No Drug Test Required.

Education Required: HS Diploma or GED.

Starting Wage: $17.00.

Pay Rate: 17 per hour.

Bonus: $2 per hour worked if active at the end of the project.

* High School Diploma and 18+ years old * Prior customer service experience preferred * Must have a private workspace area or home office free from distraction * Must be bilingual -English/Spanish * Must be able to maneuver between multiple tabs to assist callers and comfortable with data entry
