Worldwide Logistic Partners is seeking a qualified and experienced Import Customer Service Representative to join our company in our Crystal Lake, IL office. To qualify as a successful candidate, you must possess the ability to multi-task and make critical decisions within a fast-paced environment. You must be able to communicate effectively and have a thorough understanding of the Import Documentation process.

  • Arrival Notice Processing
  • Oversight of ISF & AMS Filings on Shipment-Level
  • Data Entry
  • Manage & Track shipments on account level basis
  • Perform Customer Service duties such as phone & email assistance to the clients
  • Dispatch Freight & Follow-up
  • Coordinate with Customs Team for Entry documentation and release
  • Ensure safe arrival and/or delivery of goods to the client
  • Shipment billing
  • Filing & Scanning upon closure of files

Requirements: Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and well organized. Position requires strong communication and computer skills. Experience is preferred but not necessary in import documentation. Worldwide Logistic Partners is a NVOCC, therefore knowledge of HB/L, MB/L, Pre-Alert, Billing & E-mails to overseas agents is very important.
