Bilingual Recruiter will assist the Recruiting Manager with the development of workforces that are custom designed to fit our client's corporate culture and standard while meeting their business needs. Responsibilities include various recruiting activities at our off-site recruiting office such as: Candidate sourcing; Applicant calling; Phone screening, Face/Face interviewing, and assisting in the hiring decisions of qualified candidates. Participate in community hiring events, job fairs, etc.
Duties: RECRUITING & HIRING: Assist with creating a robust workforce pipeline by evaluating candidate talents, skills, and motivational fit thru the current application process. Aid in the delivery of effective on-boarding orientations to newly hired associates. Report and track progress as needed. COMMUNITY RELATIONS: Participate in the development and maintaining of short and long-term relationships with event, conference and program sourced leads- working within the community. Maximize effective community outreach programs designed to support our recruiting pipeline.
