Quality Control Specialist - Medical Device - Full Time

SUMMARY:

Location:Long Beach, CA
Pay: $18-19/hr. (Plus Benefits)
Job Type:Temp - Hire
Schedule: Mon-Fri onsite (no remote option)

KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performing inspections / testing of materials, sub
  Perform thorough examinations of all materials and finished products
  
• Use tools and equipment such as calipers and pin gauges to perform inspections.
  
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
  
• Adhere to documented work instructions and keep documentation legible.
  
• Implement and improve quality control operating procedures
  
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems and defects
  
• Participate in visual inspections
  
  JOB REQUIREMENTS
  
• Previous experience in production, quality control, assembly, or other related fields
  
• Familiarity with assembly tools, equipment, ability to read blueprints and follow safety protocols
  
• Ability to handle physical workload
  
• Ability to work well in teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  
• Able to pass a thorough background check
