What Gets Measured, Gets Managed
Consolidate data from multiple internal and external sources and communicate overall sales and customer experience performance via regular and adhoc reporting to sales management
Help develop Power BI dashboard for sales & marketing management
Make recommendations for improving overall Lovejoy business sales performance by optimizing various customer growth incentive programs such as contract pricing, rebates, and other promotions.
Support Continued Improvements in Current Customer and Prospect Experience
Help make Lovejoy the easiest business to do business with for our current customers and position Lovejoy to be more competitive in the digital space for future customers.
Full-Service Customer Experience Improvements: Support marketing and customer service in audit and improvement of all current customer touch points to improve the overall customer experience. Support projects to replace or enhance Lovejoy's omni-channel contact center tools/processes as needed which impact Lovejoy's responsiveness for providing key information needed by customers such as customer data hygiene, product data/price maintenance, communication channel integrations, and internal quoting tools and processes.
Self-Service Digital Experience Improvements: Support marketing in audit and improvement of all Lovejoy digital self-service experiences to improve the overall current customer experience and to increase volume of qualified leads resulting from digital tools. This includes supporting projects to enhance Lovejoy web properties, ecommerce UX, and 3rd party web properties and other marketing assets. Help ensure accurate and relevant content for customers and end users. Gather and analyze data associated with marketing initiatives to realize maximum impact, assess ROI and guide future growth.
- High proficiency in excel, Business Intelligence (BI), and general understanding of relational data models
- Attention to detail

- Bachelor's degree or 7 years equivalent experience is required; business data related field such as economics, finance, accounting, statistics or comparable
Minimum of 2 years experience with Excel, Business Intelligence (BI) and/or Power BI, and CRM ; 7 years of experience is preferred
SAP experience preferred
