Responsible for the daily/weekly maintenance of Inventory Records, Product Adjustments, Cycle Counting Reports, and the manipulation of accurate data. Track all returned Product as directed by the customer for close out of returns from various customers and entities. Work inside a Warehouse Management System to research inventory problems. Must have inventory experience (cycle counts, audit counts, etc.). Experience with data entry and record keeping required. Must have excellent attention to detail.
This position will be Monday-Friday from 6:30am - 3pm. The starting pay rate is $19.00/hour. $1,500 sign on bonus, $500 paid out after 31 days of hire, $500 paid out after 61 days of hire, and $500 to be paid out after 91 days of hire!
-Various office and administrative duties, which may include data tracking, cycle counts, audit counts, and generating reports.
-Audit of counts conducted by others.
-Ensure the integrity of product both inbound and outbound.
-Involve Safety team as required by location
-Prioritize workload and have flexibility to adjust based on position requirements
-Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential
-Other projects and tasks assigned by supervisor
-1-2 years of cycle counting and clerk experience
-Experience with data entry and record keeping required
-Must have excellent attention to detail and professionalism
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-High School diploma or equivalent required
-Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
-Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
