2nd Shift Picking/Packing - Start Immediately - Memphis, TN - SIMOS Insourcing Solutions

Packing verifying and inspecting merchandise for customer orders while ensuring correct materials are used. This will require you to be comfortable using box cutters and tape guns and be able to accurately read numbers, recognize and understand SKUs. You will be expected to meet daily production numbers, work independently, be self-motivated and comfortable standing for long periods of time in this warehouse distribution facility.

Shifts: 2nd Shift.

Employment Types: Full Time.

Pay Rate: $16.00 / hour

Duties:
  • Available to work Overtime
  • Lifting up to 50 pounds continuously
  • Standing for entire shift
  • Position requires lifting, bending, twisting, reaching, climbing stairs and able to work in modules up to 3 levels
  • Shift days are Sunday-Wednesday and Wednesday-Saturday
  • Shift hours are 7:00pm - 3:30am

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 75 pounds., required education: No Education Requirement.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated to range between $16.00 - $16.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive skills and experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
