Pay Rate: $15.50 - $20.00 / hour
Duties:
Team Members must follow all safety standards and wear all required safety equipment, perform and log required food safety procedures. Learn and execute manufacturing process, including preparation, mixing, baking, finishing, packaging and order fulfillment. Production Associate will rotate through different work areas as need working in a fast-paced environment with repetitive motion. Must have the ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds frequently throughout a day. Standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, reaching and bending for extended periods of time.
.Position Requirements:
Experience in food processing environment a plus but not required. Good communication skills with the ability to listen and follow basic instructions from supervisors. Production Associates must be able to read and follow safety rules and operating instructions. Team Members will be working around flour and other baking ingredients as part of their daily duties. Both hot and cold environments are present within the facility.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 30 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
