We're looking for a Customer Service Representative for our client in Ephrata, PA - someone who is patient, calm, approachable, a good listener, humble, and a team player. We're a team of individuals working together for the common good, focused on building lasting relationships, inspiring trust, and positively impacting our community. You will support our dealers, provide timely resolutions to issues that arise, become an expert in our product and industry, perform computer related tasks, and manage calls and emails. The shift is Monday-Friday from 6am-4:30pm. This is a salary position making $46,000-$53,000 per year.

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $20.00 / hour

  • Provide excellent support to dealers through multiple forms of verbal & written communications
  • Assess the nature & root cause of issues & provide timely resolutions
  • Expert in company products and industry; partnering with peers throughout the organization
  • Perform various computer-related tasks within a proprietary order system
  • Manage a high volume of emails and phone calls

Position Requirements:
  • 2+ years of Custom Cabinet Industry experience
  • 2+ years Customer Service Representative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD

Requirements: Background Check, Must be at least 18 years old., required education: No Education Requirement.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated to range between $17.00 - $20.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive skills and experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
