Pay Rate: $17.00 - $17.50 / hour
Duties:
- Must follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the position
- Maintain a constant flow of product for the area line
- Assist with the development of new packing specifications
- Ensure product quality meets specifications; perform quality inspections as required
- Pack the windows onto racks using proper glass handling techniques
- If handling raw glass; place hands on top & side, while wearing cut safe gloves, capes & aprons
Position Requirements:
- Use extra safety precautions when placing into cullet bins or testing for quality measures
- Ensure the Packing Specifications are being followed for each part being packed
- Support the team during all changeovers as needed
- Assist in trouble shooting operation failures

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated to range between $17.00 - $17.50 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive skills and experience.
