In this role, the Supply Chain Intern will assist with:
- Improve Customer Service / Reduce Mfg. Expedites / Reduce NAR (Not as Requested).
- Responsible for reviewing customer orderbooks to identify critical items that will impact customer manufacturing, and then work to improve delivery. This will require work with cross functional teams to identify engineered approved substitute material, allocated unshipped material, global inventory, potential changes to manufacturing schedules, etc. Cross functional team will consist of application engineering, sales, customer service, logistics and supply chain.
Basic Qualification:
- Must be a current Junior or Senior, enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's degree program (12 semester/credit hours) at an accredited four-year university.
- Must be enrolled in one of the following majors: Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
