Customer Service Agent
at our facility located in Jamesburg, NJ
Minimum 2 years' experience in the shipping or logistics industry preferred.
Required Skills - Must have excellent grammar and typing skills and great customer service skills. Must be comfortable on the phone and well spoken. Computer proficiency is also important, including knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel. This is a fast-paced job, so the ideal candidate will be able to work in pressure situations and multi-task efficiently.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Provide customer service between internal and external customers
- Data entry, including pick ups and deliveries and bills of lading
- Cartage costing activities, Math aptitude
Customer Service Agent Pay Begins at $22.00 per hour
Customer Service Agent with Logistics Experience Begins at $24.00 per hour
Hours are Monday – Friday 08:30 to 05:00
