Our warehouse selectors average between 40-50 hours per week moving products through our DCs quickly and safely, ensuring orders are filled and loaded for deliveries. McLane promotes earning, learning, and living a great life. We are a team, and we want to work with you.
So, here's the details:
- Starting Pay Rate $20.50 per hour. Once productivity/Service goals are met, moves to $24.75 per hour.
- Sign-on Bonus: Up to $1,000, depending on experience.
- Schedule 1st Shift- 4 Day/10-hour work week.

Minimum requirements and qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Must be able to work weekends and/or holidays.
- Must be able to work in multiple warehouse temperature environments.
