Job Summary
The Manager, IT Internal Audit develops and manages the execution of audit projects for information systems and leads all stages of the audit process, including defining audit processes and procedures, identifying controls, creating, and executing test plans and generating executive reporting.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
Develop, implement, and evaluate internal audit programs for information systems to ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of technology transformation initiatives, including implementation reviews, audit support, and control design and verification procedures.
Determine and recommend improvements in system changes or upgrade and ensure the successful implementation of audit process areas for technology projects.
Provide best practice expertise regarding systems documentation, security configurations, and related analyses.
Manage systems-related audit projects from inception through completion, including managing audit resources, deliverables, and timelines.
Evaluate technology infrastructure in terms of organizational risk and establishes controls to mitigate losses.
Develop information systems auditing procedures, train stakeholders on compliance guidelines, and advise associates on internal controls and security procedures.
Prepare reports and recommendations for management on the results of information systems audits.

Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems.
Makes decisions under conditions of uncertainty, sometimes with incomplete information, that produce effective end results.
Independently performs assignments with instruction limited to the results expected.

Receives technical guidance only on unusual or complex problems or issues.
Work Environment
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Minimum Requirements
Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Technology Management, or related field with 3 years of experience involving SAP and IT audit management.
Will also accept Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Technology Management or related field with 5 years of experience involving SAP and IT audit management.
