SMX @ NIKE is seeking dedicated Material Handlers to join our team at the Nike Distribution Center on Shelby Drive in Memphis for weekend shifts. As a warehouse Material Handler, you'll play a crucial role in the efficient movement of goods, ensuring that the high standards of Nike's distribution process are upheld. This is an entry-level position, previous experience in a warehouse/distribution environment is desired but not required.

Duties:
As a Material Handler, you will:
- Process orders for shipment, including picking, packing, checking, and restocking
- General warehouse duties
- Handle computer data inquiries and special processing of customer orders
- Uphold accuracy and quality standards for all processed orders

- Familiarity with RF scan gun and computer inquiries/data entry
- Accurate reading, counting, and ability to follow verbal and written directions
- Capable of repetitive motions and lifting 50-70 lbs continuously
- Willingness to work overtime as needed with little or no advance notice

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated to range between $15.50 - $16.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive skills and experience.
