Duties:
As a machine operator, you will handle materials, mix materials, use hand tools, and work with our state of the art machinery. You will perform the required duties with safety and quality and take pride in your work and daily productivity. Contribute to your area along with the enjoyment of learning specific functions, to continue to make a positive work environment. You will be apart of a process that develops, engineers, formulates, and delivers innovative, "customized" silicone coated release liner products!
.Position Requirements:
To work with us you must be comfortable working in a manufacturing facility, must be laser focused on details and directions! No experience required, but we prefer any prior knowledge you have! We believe in flexibility and learning all jobs, so we will offer paid training and cross training to develop your career.
Shifts:
2nd Shift - 2pm - 10pm, Monday - Friday
3rd Shift - 10pm - 6am, Sunday - Thursday
Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: No Education Requirement.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated to range between $18.73 - $19.95 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive skills and experience.
