Staff Management is seeking 2nd Shift Machine Operators at Kalas Manufacturing. This is a full time, direct hire position with weekly pay and PTO that starts on your first day. Submit a quick application today!

  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday; 3pm-11pm plus 2 Saturdays a month.

Pay Rate: $20.30 - $23.30 / hour

  • Operate machinery while meeting production and quality requirements
  • Previous warehouse and forklift experience preferred
  • Additional overtime may be required
  • Meet all attendance requirements as stated in handbook
  • Observe all company housekeeping and safety rules
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • May need to train on 1st shift for up to 6 weeks

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 75 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated to range between $20.30 - $23.30 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive skills and experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
