Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
- Develops and manages comprehensive implementation plans for high-priority business initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborates with senior leadership to ensure that all initiatives are strategically aligned with the organization's long-term objectives and priorities.
- Leads a team by providing guidance and oversight to ensure successful execution of implementation projects.
- Identifies potential risks associated with project execution and develops strategies to mitigate them effectively.
- Monitors and reports on the progress of initiatives, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Fosters a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the team.

Work Environment
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
- Typically requires overnight travel 20% to 50% of the time.
Education and Experience
- Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
