Staff Management - SMX is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse/Packager Associates to join our team. This role involves loading and unloading trucks and trailers, manually packaging materials and products, and ensuring efficient and accurate processing of goods.
- Weekday Shift: Monday - Thursday,7:00am to 5:30pm ($19.00/hour)
- Weeknight Shift: Monday - Thursday,7:00pm to 5:30am ($20.50/hour)
- Weekend Day Shift: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 7:00am to 7:30pm ($20.50/hour)
- Weekend Night Shift: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 7:00pm to 7:30am ($21.00/hour)
Effective 10/13/24 - 12/28/24, receive a temporary Peak Incentive of an extra $1.00/hour on top of the listed hourly rates, per eligibility requirements. Ask a recruiter for more details!

Duties:
When loading, you will be loading boxes by hand onto a trailer from a conveyor belt. You will be scanning the boxes with a RFID scanner gun into the trailer and moving cages to and from the staging area. When completed, you will load these boxes fast, neatly and as accurately as possible. While unloading, you will be taking boxes from the floor to the conveyor then you will scan those boxes and put them into cages.

- Manually package materials and products, performing a variety of tasks to meet production goals
- Receive and sort inventory into different totes
- Sort, verify, package, label and weigh items into units
- Use handheld scanners, computers and handheld printers
- Utilize pick sheet, customer order, work order, shipping order, etc.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols
Position Requirements:
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team
- Perform manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods
- May use carts, dollies and pallet jacks
- Stand, squat, push, pull, walk, bend and reach during shift
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: No Education Requirement.
