About This Position:
The Warehouse Agent executes daily warehouse operations — receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping prep — while maintaining a safe, organized, and compliant warehouse environment.
What You'll Do
- Receiving: Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against POs and packing lists; report discrepancies/damage; label and store inventory; update records in the WMS
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate product locations and counts; perform cycle counts; ensure barcode scanning compliance; support audits and reconciliation
- Order Fulfillment & Shipping: Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately; verify before shipment; prepare shipping documentation; ensure timely outbound processing
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, safe layout; follow storage standards; assist with racking and material handling; dispose of waste per procedure
- Safety & Compliance: Follow OSHA and company safety policy; operate equipment safely; report unsafe conditions; complete required safety training
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English for safety and work instructions.
Preferred:
- 5 years warehouse experience
- MS/barcode scanner experience
- forklift certification
Physical Requirements
Standing, walking, bending for extended periods; lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs; operating warehouse equipment
Work Environment
Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures, equipment noise, and moving machinery.
