Pilot Freight Services seeks a full-time Global Support Administrator to work at our Jersey City Global Office (JCO) in Jersey City, NJ. This position will manage all administrative tasks at JCO for the Executive Vice President of International & Managing Director Global Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Executive VP International and Managing Director Global Operations;
  • Commercial project support as directed by Global team;
  • Assist with correspondence (email, memos, telephone) for Executive VP Int'l and Managing Director of Global Operations;
  • Distributes incoming correspondence to the appropriate parties;
  • Maintains all JCO department files;
  • Monitors and maintains supply inventory for the JCO office;
  • Assist in completion of Global Requests for Information Questionnaires under the direction of Senior Sales Administration Manager;
  • Creates customized PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports for global team;

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration preferred or equivalent work experience;
  • Thorough knowledge of the PC, including knowledge of graphic, spreadsheet and word processing programs;
  • Thorough knowledge of general office machines and equipment;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Must be well organized and detail-oriented;
  • Able to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize as needed.
