Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) is where you'll integrate our end-to-end demand-driven supply chain. Working from farm to shelf, you'll connect plants with customers to deliver best-in-class service in the most efficient way. Your goal will be to have the right products, at the right time, and with the right quantity and quality on the shelf.
Purpose of Role
APO Supply Planning Expert leads and supports the ongoing performance of the Supply Planning function by ensuring that the key supply planning processes are suitably designed and implemented, that the enabling supply planning systems are implemented and managed, and that people in the planning hub have the knowledge and skills to be successful. This lead role is meant to demonstrate "mastery" of both supply planning function as well as enablement via SAP.
Provides governance to ensure effective planning solution is maintained, the outputs are good and are utilized by the planning teams.
Represents the regional planning hubs requirements for enhancements and improvement projects, and ensuring successful delivery.
Monitors process, systems and people capability performance through metrics and controls to sustain performance, hit targets and realize benefits.
Ensures that the end to end process model is reflected in the system design, and manages the regional requirements in ongoing projects and system enhancements. Represents the regional planning hub in the ITS portfolio management process.
Provides APO planning expertise to the Hub on Demand, Supply Planning and replenishment, including sub processes such as inter-regionals flows, and owns the process model for these within the region.
Maintains the APO training library for demand and supply planning, ensuring ongoing training programs are in place to bring onboard new starters and refresh existing users.
Ensures system and process support is maintained in order to maintain the optimal planning solution and results, including governance of advanced processes such as the Optimizer DMS to maintain the health of the supply plan.
Career Experiences Required & Role Implications
8-10 years of work experience
6-8 years of Supply Chain planning experience
4-6 years of CPG experience preferred
4+ years of combined SAP APO and SAP ECC functional and technical expertise - specifically, OTC and PP experience in ECC
Bachelor's degree requried, Master's degree preferred
Building effective teams
Drive for results
Working knowledge and experience of Demand and Supply Planning process, sub processes
Experience of Advanced Planning systems - specifically, SAP APO, SAP BI
Strong communication skills
